The EU4LEM project, launched on 1 September 2025, has a total budget of EUR 3,000,000 and a duration of 28 months. It supports Montenegro in strengthening its capacity to combat serious and organised crime. Led by the Italian Ministry of the Interior, with the Slovenian Ministry of the Interior as the implementing partner, the project focuses on enhancing police and justice systems and strengthening capacities to tackle drug trafficking, financial crime, money laundering, forgery, and other forms of serious and organised crime through the application of advanced investigative techniques.
